BuyParking.co.uk (“We”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy (together with our terms and conditions and any other documents referred to on it) sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you when you use our website, apps, contact us or use our services, or that you provide to us, and will be processed by us. Personal Data means any information capable of identifying an individual. It does not include anonymized data. BuyParking.co.uk is owned and operated by STX Group Limited.

With regard to each of your visits to our site we may automatically collect the following information:

You may give us information about you, which may include Personal Data, by filling in forms on our site https://buyparking.co.uk/ (our site) or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you subscribe to any of our services, or engage on other social media functions on our site, contact Customer Services and when you report a problem with our site. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information, Information about your vehicle and flights, personal description and photograph as well as your VRM details, information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time); products and services you viewed or searched for; page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call our customer service number.
Information we receive from other sources
We may receive information about you if you use any of the other websites we operate or the other services we provide. CCTV –
- we operate CCTV on a number of our BuyParking.co.uk Car Park and it will be identified on our signage that cameras are in operation. We operate CCTV for the following purposes:
- Health and safety of employees, customers and other members of the public; and
- Prevention and detection of crime and anti-social behaviour
CCTV footage is generally held no longer than 28 days from the date of the recording, this may be longer for ANPR. You can request copies of images or footage of yourself by making a Subject Access Request to buyparking.co.uk.
- Requests from the police are dealt with on a case-by-case basis to ensure that any such disclosure is lawful in accordance with the Data Protection Law (DPL).
- Before we authorise any disclosure, the police have to demonstrate that the CCTV/personal data is necessary to assist them in the prevention or detection of a specific crime, or in the apprehension or prosecution of an offender.
- At our discretion, we may disclose CCTV/personal data in response to valid requests from the police and other statutory law enforcement agencies.
e) Job Vacancy – when you apply for a position advertised by BuyParking.co.uk or make a general enquiry about vacancies with this company.
2.Cookies
